What happens in chapter 3

Chapter 3 takes Chihiro and Shiba to Tokyo – a city with more than a thousand sorcerers – and to Hinao, who runs the agency through which sorcerers like Shiba take on jobs.
Her lead is a witness: Char, a girl who has seen one of the stolen enchanted blades. Over tempura soba, a box from the cellar comes back into Chihiro's head, and so does a word from Char: a cloud.
Then the Daruma sorcerer arrives, says "invincible", flicks a Daruma – and the whole front of the restaurant explodes onto the street. The chapter ends with three words from Chihiro: you got it.
